The location was perfect and exceptionally nice, a 10-15 minute walk from Elisabeth Park. the hotel was in a fantastic area, just off the lake, center, supermarket, and restaurants. - Good-sized units, truly enjoyed the cleanliness of the apartment.

we didn't have time, so that's why we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. the room was heated & neat, the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

The location was particularly good, for example, Elisabeth Park was around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel. It was located walk from a bus station giving access to many Zell am See attractions. The deluxe apartment was modern and heated, with a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and an electric kettle.

It was excellent stay, I loved nice food.

The hotel was a good home base for enjoying a beautiful area, close to supermarket and restaurants and local stores and the railway station, town and ski lifts. My room included central heating, a flat-screen TV, and a microwave oven. The stuff was polite and wonderfully friendly all the time.

This place is conveniently situated near restaurants, shops, the train station, ski lifts, and local attractions.

Bathroom heater was not working, in case you go there in really cold weather, make sure you ask if it works.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The food was good and facilities good. Ideal location for the town centre and lifts.

The breakfast was delicious with hot eggs and the food was fantastic, plus having a balcony and a great kitchen in the classic apartment was perfect, and the location was absolutely ideal for the Glacier.

This place has a perfect location, with easy walking access to shops, the supermarket, and the city center, and it's right next to Pizzeria Zum Casar for convenient dinner options.

The room was spotless, with central heating, a flat-screen TV and a microwave oven. Savoury and tasty breakfast and other services were excellent.

Reception staff were very helpful, breakfast was excellent standard, and location was perfect for skiing, being only short stroll to cityxpress.

Room facilities were poor. no hairdryer, no tea/coffee making facilities. rooms could do with refurbishment.

The staff here is very friendly and the breakfast is excellent, making it a great spot for exploring around here.

The location is excellent, very close to the lake and in the centre of Zell am See. The was a big parking lot for hotel guests, and the parking is free. The hospitality was excellent. Breakfast was quite good too! We had one standard double room and it was spacious enough. Overall, I strongly recommend this hotel.
